Data controller and scope
Livbase Co., Ltd. acts as the data controller for personal data processed through Livbase services.
This policy applies to anonymous browsing, signed-in usage, account workflows, valuation chat interactions, alert subscription flows, and related service operations.
Data categories we collect
We collect personal data needed to operate core features, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
- Account and identity information, such as name, email, and sign-in status.
- Conversation and input information you share with Livi during chat and valuation flows.
- Property profile and valuation context, including details needed to generate price guidance and trends.
- Subscription and communication preferences for optional monthly updates.
- Usage and technical information used for security, continuity, analytics, and support.
- Verification and anti-abuse information used for one-time code validation and request throttling.
Data sources
We receive data directly from you when you chat, sign in, verify contact details, or manage subscription settings.
We also receive data from selected service providers that support authentication, communications, analytics, AI processing, voice features, and hosting.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to provide and secure Livbase services, including authentication, valuation workflows, account continuity, and optional alerts.
We also use data to improve service quality, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Legal bases under Thailand PDPA
Under Thailand PDPA, we process personal data using applicable legal bases, including contract necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required.
Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, subject to lawful processing already completed.
Cookies and similar technologies
Livbase uses essential cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions secure and maintain chat continuity.
We may also use browser storage for analytics continuity and feature stability.
Current implementation includes an anonymous continuity cookie with up to 30-day duration and a short anonymous resume window for chat continuity.
Data sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data only when needed to operate, secure, and support Livbase, under appropriate safeguards.
Cross-border transfers and safeguards
Some service operations may involve processing outside Thailand.
When cross-border transfers occur, we use reasonable safeguards and limit transfers to data required for specific service purposes.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal requirements, and legitimate operational needs.

Subject to PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and consent withdrawal.
We may verify your identity before fulfilling rights requests to protect account security.
You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Children and vulnerable persons
Livbase is not intended for children without required lawful authorization. If we learn data was provided without proper consent, we will take appropriate action.

We may update this policy when product behavior, legal requirements, or service provider arrangements change. We will update the date shown at the top of this page.
